The details you enter into our improvement disclosure and lender letter tools — your loan information, lender details, and home improvement records — are never sent to or stored on our servers. They exist only in your own browser, and are cleared if you clear your browser data or switch devices. We do not have the ability to access, retrieve, or delete this information ourselves, because we never receive it in the first place.
The only information we do retain is what's necessary to process your payment (handled securely by Stripe) and respond to any support requests you send us directly, such as emails to support@thelmps.com.
Because your loan, lender, and improvement details are never sent to us in the first place, there's nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end — that information exists only in your own browser, under your control at all times.
For anything we do have access to, such as your payment records with Stripe or any direct communications with our support team, you can contact us anytime at support@thelmps.com to ask a question, request a correction, or opt out of future emails.
Our website may use basic cookies or similar technology to help pages function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell data to advertisers.
