Money-Back Guarantee – PMI Removal Eligibility
We stand behind the accuracy and quality of our PMI removal evaluation services. If you are not approved by your lender for Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

You applied for PMI removal through your mortgage lender using the information, reports, or documentation provided by us.

Your lender formally denies your request for PMI removal.

You provide us with an official disapproval or denial letter issued by your lender, clearly stating that your PMI removal request was not approved.

Your refund request is submitted within 60 days from the date of your lender’s disapproval letter
Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to changes in lender policies, appraisal outcomes not related to our services, or borrower-related factors outside our scope of work.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must email support@thelmps.com with:

Your full name

Order number or proof of purchase

A copy of the official lender disapproval letter

Any additional information we may reasonably need to verify eligibility
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Limitations
This Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if:

You have not submitted a PMI removal request to your lender;

You fail to provide the lender’s official disapproval letter;

You withdraw your request with the lender before a decision is made;

You are denied PMI removal due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information required by the lender;

You do not meet the submission timeline for refund eligibility.
No Waiver of Statutory Rights
This Money-Back Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
